Cost and Reservations
- The fee is $45 each way, due at the time of registration.
- Reservations are first-come, first-served, with a maximum of 10 students per shuttle.
- One shuttle serves each airport for drop-off and pickup.
- Reservations must be made at least three business days before your travel date.
- Students who do not show for a reservation forfeit all fees.
Where to Meet Your Shuttle
- Tampa International (TPA): Red Baggage Claim #14, near Starbucks.
- Orlando International (MCO): Level 2, Side B, Gate 24, at the American Airlines baggage claim area.
Plan Ahead
Shuttles run on a set schedule and cannot wait for delayed flights. If your flight is delayed, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation. When booking your ticket, allow for:
- Up to 90 minutes of travel time to the airport in heavy traffic
- Time to check in and clear security
