Our nurse practitioner diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries and can prescribe medications. Full-time day students can receive free over-the-counter medications after an evaluation, for symptoms like allergies, coughs, congestion, fever, sore throat, sinus trouble, and heartburn. Prescriptions can be filled here or at a local pharmacy.
