Dr. Falcon's past 12 years of management experience include the daily operations, budget compliance, and resource allocation of roughly $20 million to operate 96 tertiary hospital inpatient medical beds and an outpatient mental health clinic. Dr. Falcon provided administrative oversight of 10 physicians and more than 250 employees. Currently, Dr. Falcon is an Instructor of Business Administration at Florida Southern College's Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise.
Dr. Falcon earned a bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College, a master's degree in Counseling from the University of South Florida, a master's degree in Health Services Administration from Webster University, and a doctorate in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
Dr. Falcon is also a local small business owner, managing her own Real Estate Investment Corporation.
